ABU DHABI, 19th October: The Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) said it has launched `Al-Riyadah,’ a digital platform to enhance customer experience at the just concluded Gitex Technology Week 2021 in Dubai.

The `Al-Riyadah’ is focused on three main pillars spanning customer delight, excellence in services and happiness and positivity to employees. A statement from QCC said `Al-Riyadah’ has been conceived with the aim of leading the customer services, facilitating the requirements of seven-star customer service centers and achieving excellence in happiness and positivity indicators for employees as per the UAE standards 5050 and S.5025 respectively.

Dr. Hilal Al Kaabi, Secretary-General, QCC said: “The Council’s mandate from the wise leadership of the country is to contribute to making Abu Dhabi a leader in quality infrastructure on a global level by deploying advanced technology and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity in the conformity and quality systems of the emirate.”

At GITEX QCC highlighted the advantages of `Al-Riyadah as a digital leadership platform capable of providing best-in-class, innovative digital experiences and practices. This is in line with the Abu Dhabi government’s endeavors to transition to a digital future with enhanced government services as well as data and solutions enabling a digital architecture in Abu Dhabi. 

Al Kaabi further said that QCC’s new digital services will support the digital transformation process and building of advanced technical systems which will contribute to the development and economic growth of the country, in addition to supporting the Council's initiatives during 2021 leading to benefits to consumers, employees and the public
